Do you deal in "gray" market goods--
It is our policy NOT to offer gray market goods of any type. Many high end companies such as Zeiss, Leica and others will not warrant products purchased in this manner.  Should such an optic become defective (and you purchased from a gray market dealer), you have no recourse for a warranty claim. We believe in the companies products we sell but any man-made product carries the possibility of defects. Having full factory warranty protection is important with any high end, premium optical instrument and all the products we sell carry the warranty protection you deserve.
 
Are you an "authorized dealer?"
Yes, we are a 100% legit business and have obtained "authorized dealer" status with every company and their products listed on this website, which includes Pulsar, Hawke, Minox, Eberlestock, and others. There are multitudes of other companies whose products we offer seasonally or when we can get a special purchase on a particular item. If you're looking for something in particular, give us a call or email at info@deltaoutdoorsman.com and I'd be willing to bet we can get it through one of our wholesale distributors.

 
Shipping Policy-
We ship all orders that are paid with a US Postal Money Order immediately upon receipt of payment. Orders paid with a personal check will be held until funds clear into deltaoutdoorsman.com's bank account. Credit card purchases will ship upon verification from our credit card processor that the transaction has been approved. We reserve the right to select the shipping service at the time of filling the order. Express shipping is available and we'd be happy to quote you a rate on a case by case basis. At this time, we are servicing the United States only for optical equipment and are not filling international orders.
 
Financing/layaway options-
At this time deltaoutdoorsman.com is not offering a financing or lay-away option. We may revisit this in the future. However, any company offering such options are incurring a stocking/inventory expense and will as such pass these expenses on to you, the consumer. We're dedicated to controlling our operating expenses and feel that offering the best prices on the products you want is impossible by offering such an option at this time.
 
Returns & Cancellations
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with the products we carry. We will refund the cost of the item returned less our shipping cost. Before returning an item, we require that you speak with us and obtain a return authorization number. Items returned without such authorization will not be processed. ALL returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All return items must be in their original condition with hang tags in place and include all original documentation and packaging. Once you mount a scope it becomes used product and used products are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return (placing the scope in rings constitutes mounting). We only ship optical equipment to United States of America addresses. Again, returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. We will not accept exchanges or returns after 3 days for optics or 30 days for all other items, no exceptions. Bottom line, be reasonable with us & we'll do our best to make you happy. 

 
Warranty Claims
We are happy to assist in any way should you encounter a situation where you believe a defect is covered under the product's warranty. All warranties are covered by the respective manufacturer of the products we sell. As such, deltaoutdoorsman.com doesn't individually warrant these products but we are happy to direct you to the right factory representative who can handle your claim.
